The East Fork of the Lewis River is home to abundant wildlife, a variety of fish, and spectacular scenery. It offers a wide variety of year-round recreational opportunities.

The East Fork is a free flowing prime steelhead stream located in southwest Washington near Vancouver, WA. The East Fork is part of the Columbia River System and is home to steelhead, coho, chum and chinook salmon. The Washington State record steelhead was caught in the East Fork!

Numerous spectacular waterfalls are located in the upper reaches of the river, which begins on the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.

Friends of the East Fork is a nonprofit 501C-3 association dedicated to good land stewardship. In 1989 East Fork Citizens Group merged into Friends of the East Fork. Together we’ve been promoting conservation and good land stewardship for over 25 years.
